DigiMimir is released under Gnu Public Licence, GLP. This says you may freely download, use, alter and/or redistribute this code as long as you make it freely available and with credit to the original programmer.

You may charge a fee for the distribution, installation costs, documentation or suppost services, but you must always make the source code available to your customers. You can not deny them the rights that you have under the GPL.
